If you wished to cancel an order, you must notify us within 2 hours of placing the request, providing our team has not yet initiated the work or started processing the application on the government portal.
Once our expert have begun document verification, legal drafting, or portal data entry, the order cannot be canceled.
Refund Eligibility
100% Refund: A full refund will be initiated if LicenseMitra is unable to provide the request service due to internal limitations, provided the cancellation occurs before any application processing begins.
Partial Refund: If document verification and processing have started, but the official government fee has not yet been paid, we will deduct a nominal charge for the professional effort and time invested, and refund the remaining balance.
Non-Refundable Case
Government/Statutory Fees: Any fees, challans, or taxes paid directly to government portals for your application are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Government Rejections: If an application is rejected by a government official due to client ineligibility, non-compliance with statutory policies, or the submission of forged/incorrect documents, the consultancy fees will not be refunded.
Client Delays: If an application expires, gets delayed, or is rejected because the client failed to provide the necessary documents, OTPs, or verification details in a timely manner, no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing Time
All approved refund requests will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) used during transaction.
